Clinical Specialist (OT nurses)

Job Scope

• You will strive to be a champion with Sales Leads in driving professional and exceptional customer experience outcome
• Assisting surgeons in performing surgical techniques with technology.
• Providing competent technical and clinical support when technology is used by surgeons.
• Guide surgeons and other Operating Room Personnel in the safe and effective use new technology.
• Ensuring appropriate instruments and implants are at the hospital and complete before each use
• Building positive relationships with customers on behalf of Sales Leads
• Identifying customer needs and recommends appropriate registered and available products to address them and/or pass it on to Sales Leads for follow up.
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of the product lines; updates, features, benefits, surgical techniques independently.
• Adheres to compliance policy and guidelines at all times

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in nursing
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of Operating Theatre nursing exp
