Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and patient-focused nursing care in ward or nursery settings
• Monitor and assess patients’ conditions, including vital signs and clinical observations
• Administer medications and IV infusions in accordance with established medical protocols
• Assist doctors during examinations, treatments, and clinical procedures
• Respond promptly to patient needs and escalate medical concerns when necessary
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper follow-up on patient care plans
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth daily operations
• Support administrative and operational duties within the department

Requirements

• NITEC, Diploma, or Degree in Nursing
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
• Relevant clinical nursing experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
• Comfortable with rotating or night shift arrangements where required
• Passionate about delivering high standards of patient care
