Healthcare Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Community Hospital Business Office operations, including patient billing, charging, collections, subsidies, financial counselling, and revenue management
• Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely billing, claims processing, account reconciliation, and ILTC billing operations
• Drive workflow transformation, digitalisation, process improvements, and system enhancements to improve efficiency, controls, and manpower utilisation
• Lead CHCS and related system transformation projects, including operational readiness and change management
• Develop, coach, and strengthen the Business Office team to achieve operational excellence and service quality

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in healthcare Business Office, billing, or operations management
• Strong understanding of healthcare billing, patient charging, subsidies, and ILTC operations
• Experience in healthcare systems implementation or transformation projects is an added advantage
