Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook authentic Korean dishes following Head Chef’s instructions to ensure quality and consistency

• Assist with ingredient preparation including washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning to support efficient kitchen workflow

• Maintain consistent food quality, recipe adherence, and plating standards to meet restaurant expectations

• Monitor inventory levels and report ingredient shortages to prevent supply disruptions

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations to uphold hygiene standards

• Follow proper food storage and disposal procedures to ensure food safety

• Assist with kitchen opening and closing duties to support smooth daily operations

• Work effectively within a team to meet service demands in a fast-paced kitchen environment Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Food Hygiene Level 1 Certificate Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in Korean cuisine preferred

• Minimum 1 year of professional kitchen experience preferred (not mandatory)

• Demonstrate responsibility, hard work, and self-motivation Other Information Location 134 Amoy St, #01-01 Far East Square, Singapore 049963 Work Schedule Monday – Friday

• 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Last Order 2:30 PM)

• Total daily hours: 5 hours × 5 days = 25 hours /week

Closed on Sundays & Public Holidays

• S$15~18/hr Depends on experience
