Job Description

• Position Title: Operations Team Lead / Operations Executive
• Working Location: Tuas South (Transport provided from JE/ Pioneer MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8am – 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality chemical blending and production.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage daily production activities to meet schedules, targets, and operational requirements.
• Ensure blending and manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
• Manage manpower, resources, and workflow to support production needs.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety, health, environmental, regulatory, and company standards.
• Conduct safety training and ensure staff follow hazard control and PPE requirements.
• Oversee quality control to ensure products meet standards for safety, consistency, and composition.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and optimise resources.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for production equipment.
• Supervise, guide, and develop production staff while promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Manage operations budget, control costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Work closely with other departments to coordinate production schedules and resolve operational issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering or a related field preferred.
• At least 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in chemical manufacturing, industrial production, or a related environment is preferred.
• Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of safety, quality, and production processes.
