- Working Location: Orchard
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm, Sat: 8am-12pm)
- Salary Package: Basic $6,500 - $7,000 per month
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing team in the IVF/Fertility Centre to ensure smooth clinic operations and quality patient care.
- Coordinate patient care across consultations, treatments, procedures, and follow-ups to ensure a smooth patient journey.
- Assist physicians during fertility procedures such as egg retrieval, embryo transfer, intrauterine insemination (IUI), and minor surgeries.
- Monitor patient treatment cycles, medication administration, and provide patient education to support treatment understanding and compliance.
- Ensure infection control, medication safety, and clinical protocols are followed to maintain patient safety.
- Lead, supervise, guide, and assess nursing staff and clinic coordinators to support team performance and development.
- Plan staff rosters, allocate manpower, and improve workflow to meet clinic needs.
- Conduct orientation, competency checks, and ongoing training for nursing staff to maintain clinical standards.
- Promote teamwork, professionalism, and patient-focused care within the nursing team.
- Provide counselling, emotional support, and education to patients undergoing fertility treatments.
- Address patient concerns promptly to maintain good patient service and satisfaction.
- Ensure patient records, consent forms, and documents are accurate, confidential, and compliant with regulations.
- Ensure compliance with Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations, licensing requirements, and clinic policies.
- Support quality improvement, audits, incident reporting, and risk management activities to improve clinic standards.
- Develop and review nursing standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and clinical guidelines.
- Monitor inventory and procurement of medical supplies, medications, and consumables to ensure sufficient stock.
- Coordinate with laboratory, pharmacy, and other healthcare teams to support smooth clinic operations.
- Prepare operational reports and support management in planning and service development.

- Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license.
- Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
- Advanced nursing qualification is preferred.
- 5–8 years of nursing experience, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience in IVF, fertility, O&G, reproductive medicine, or related clinical settings is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience in fertility treatment coordination and patient counselling is preferred.
- Good understanding of IVF regulatory standards and clinical workflows.
- Able to handle sensitive patient situations with empathy and professionalism.
