Job Summary

You will manage import/export and logistics operations while supporting general administration to ensure smooth office functioning and accurate documentation at Axis Petrochem.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage order processing and shipping documents to ensure timely and accurate logistics operations
  • Coordinate logistics activities with vendors and partners on orders, payments, deliveries, and sample handling to maintain seamless supply chain flow
  • Process invoices and provide payment-related administrative support to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
  • Prepare periodic reports and summaries to track operational performance and support decision-making
  • Monitor and follow up on all logistics and administrative processes to resolve issues promptly and maintain workflow continuity
  • Reconcile Warehouse Management System (WMS) reports with internal systems to ensure data accuracy
  • Verify invoice accuracy against quotations to prevent billing errors
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation systems for easy retrieval and compliance
  • Establish and maintain office operations, infrastructure, and upkeep to support a productive work environment
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support based on evolving business needs to enhance operational efficiency

Required competencies and certifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or administration roles
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with inventory software such as Zoho Inventory
  • Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently within a small team and demonstrate proactive problem-solving
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
