Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Wholesaler - Seafood
• Position Title: Maintenance Technician / Facilities Technician
• Working Location: Jurong
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri: 7.30am - 4.30pm, Sat: 7.30am - 11.30am)
• Salary Package: Up to $3200 + OT + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance for facilities (such as aircon servicing, electrical inspections, minor repairs on trucks/forklifts, pest control, etc.).
• Perform routine daily maintenance tasks for the facilities.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting for mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems.
• Assist with minor M&E installations.
• Coordinate and communicate with external contractors, technicians, and engineers as needed.
• Undertake any other tasks or duties assigned by management.

• Higher Nitec (ITC) or Nitec (NTC 2/NTC 3) in any engineering-related discipline, preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in facilities, building maintenance, or the mechanical/electrical field.
• Experience with ammonia handling will be an added advantage.
