Senior Associate

We are looking for dynamic people who are passionate and knowledgeable about Public Relations issues relating to Investor Relations and sustainability practices.

Our PR and IR Associates/Consultants' job scope includes, among other duties, the following:

-Actively pursuing media opportunities

-Developing and executing PR and communications strategies and plans

-Handling media queries and crafting responses to the press and other external stakeholders

-Developing press releases

-Profiling spokespeople from clients of the firm and preparing them for different types of media engagement

-Writing and editing external communication materials such as thought leadership publications, marketing brochures, newsletters, e-publications/website content, and other collateral

-Developing content for a variety of social media platforms

For IR, our Associates/Consultants will also be involved in the following:

- Pursuing research coverage and fund management interest for our listed clients;

- Handling research analysts' and fund managers' queries

- Crafting/developing investor presentations

- Actively pursuing opportunities for our clients’ spokespersons to present and communicate with the

Investment and business/financial community

- Writing financial announcements and investment-related materials

- Developing content for online investor websites

- Assist with relevant areas for corporate actions, such as Initial Public offerings (IPOs), Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Reverse Takeovers (RTO), etc

An ideal candidate should possess the following pre-requisites

- Strong communication and writing skills

- Confident, positive , and driven

- Good team player and multi-tasker

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute clients' communications activities and programs
• Support the team in pitching for new business

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum education: Degree qualification
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in journalism, investment analysis or corporate communications
