Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarding/ Warehousing
• Position Title: Airfreight Operations Executive
• Working Location: Changi Cargo Complex
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri (9am – 6pm), Alternate Sat (9am – 1pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily air freight import and export operations.
• Liaise with airlines, agents, transport providers, and customs authorities.
• Prepare shipping documents including AWB, permits, and import/ export declarations.
• Track cargo movements and ensure shipments are delivered on schedule.
• Communicate shipment updates with customers and vendors.
• Handle booking arrangements and secure cargo space with airlines.
• Ensure adherence to Dangerous Goods (DG) and airfreight regulatory requirements.

• At least 1–2 years of experience in airfreight operations (import/ export).
• Familiar with airfreight documentation and customs clearance procedures.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and freight management systems.
• Able to work independently and manage urgent shipments.
