Warehouse Supervisor

Salary: $3500 – $4000

Location: Clementi

Monday – Friday: 8.30am – 5.00pm

Alternate Saturday: 8.30am – 12.00pm

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and delivery coordination
• Lead and manage warehouse staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock checks
• Ensure proper handling, storage, cleanliness, and safety standards in the warehouse
• Coordinate with drivers, customers, and internal departments on delivery schedules and warehouse activities
• Prepare warehouse reports and update inventory records
• Troubleshoot operational issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse supervisory experience preferred
• Experience in logistics or warehouse operations is an advantage
• Able to lead and manage warehouse workers effectively
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and warehouse systems
• Responsible, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Forklift license is an advantage
