Customer Service Executive (Freight Forwarding)
E-PLOYMENT CONSULTANCY
Customer Management
- Proactively manage client orders and requirements to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (Warehouse, Production, Quality).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Communication & Coordination
- Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, adapting style to achieve desired outcomes.
Quality & Accuracy
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of transactions and processes.
- Maintain a strong quality-focused mindset in daily operations.
Compliance & Governance
- Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and ISO Standards.
- Ensure all activities comply with RDC operational requirements.
Administration & Reporting
- Conduct regular client performance reviews and track KPIs.
- Prepare monthly reports and documentation.
- Respond to stakeholders queries promptly.
- Maintain proper electronic records (e.g., POs).
- Provide backup support to team members when required.
- Bachelor with 3 years relevant experience in logistics, or supply chain operations.
- At least 2 years of proven hands-on SAP experience.
- 5 day work week.
