Retail Manager (Stationery)

Salary: Up to $4,000

Retail Environment | 5 Days Work Week

Working Hours: 10:00AM – 9:45PM

Total Working Hours: 88 Hours Over 2 Consecutive Weeks

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail store operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service
• Lead, supervise, and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets and operational KPIs
• Ensure high standards of store presentation, merchandising, housekeeping, and inventory management
• Manage manpower planning, staff scheduling, and daily deployment efficiently
• Provide professional customer service and handle escalated customer feedback or service recovery situations
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and conduct inventory checks
• Train and coach team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and service standards
• Prepare operational reports and support business improvement initiatives

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in retail supervisory or management role preferred
• Able to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays
• Good operational planning and problem-solving abilities
• Passionate about retail operations and delivering excellent customer experiences
