Retail Senior Assistant (Stationery)

Salary: Up to $3,000

Retail Environment | 5 Days Work Week

Working Hours: 10:00AM – 9:45PM

Total Working Hours: 88 Hours Over 2 Consecutive Weeks

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily retail store operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and operational KPIs
• Provide professional product recommendations and assist customers with enquiries
• Handle cashiering, stock replenishment, merchandising, and inventory coordination
• Monitor store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards
• Guide and motivate retail staff to maintain strong teamwork and service standards
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and daily operational planning
• Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in retail operations or supervisory role preferred
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
• Customer-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Responsible, well-groomed, and team-oriented
