Inside Sales Consultant

Job scope

• Respond to assigned leads via WhatsApp and email within 24 hours, understanding client requirements and recommending suitable products/services
• Conduct sales pitches and prepare quotations aligned with client needs
• Coordinate with stakeholders on design/artwork mock-ups for client approval prior to production
• Submit sales orders to production team and ensure smooth order processing
• Provide production updates and ensure timely delivery of finished products
• Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals through quality service
• Manage existing accounts and support new client acquisition through outreach and lead generation
