Responsibilities:

  • Supervise contractors/vendors and ensure works are completed safely and according to specifications
  • Monitor project progress, defects, and site compliance
  • Attend project/site meetings and coordinate with stakeholders
  • Support testing & commissioning (T&C) and project handover activities
  • Ensure minimal disruption within live operational healthcare environment

Requirements:

  • Min. Degree in Engineering, Building, Architecture or related field
  • Min. 5 years of construction/site supervision experience
  • Experience in healthcare/institutional/live operational environment is a plus
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
