Health Care Customer Service

Job scope

• Scheduling and booking of appointments
• Registration of patients
• Assist in billing and payment collection
• Assist in basic patient care, such as performing initial health screenings (height, weight, blood pressure)
• Provide guidance and answer patient’s questions
• Help patients to navigate healthcare systems

• Minimum: N level, O level, NITEC, Higher NITEC and Diploma
• Customer service experience are highly preferred
• IT savvy as candidates require to use multiple healthcare system
• Passionate in the healthcare industry and don’t mind close contact with patients
