Business Analyst (M365 (Government Projects)

We are looking for a Business Analyst to manage BAU support, governance, and continuous improvements for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market and solution analyses, along with user interviews, to define the problem space, uncover opportunities or synergies, and deliver actionable insights that guide product success.
• Manage day-to-day CRM operations, incidents, service requests, and enhancements.
• Support CRM configurations including workflows, forms, dashboards, and business rules.
• Manage releases, change requests, and system documentation.
• Ensure data quality, compliance, and continuous process improvements.
• Support reporting, analytics, testing, and deployment activities.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Experience supporting CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Good understanding of CRM configurations and BAU support processes.
• Experience handling incidents, change requests, and vendor management in SLA environments.
