Job scope:
- Front counter duties
- Registration of walk-in patients
- Preparation of patient documentation
- Conducting financial counselling
- Handling payment collection
- Reconciling daily collections
- Responding to patient phone inquiries
- Managing email correspondence
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Min N / O / NITEC / Diploma in any courses
- Some experienced in admin / Customer service / healthcare is preferred
