We are looking for a highly skilled, growth-minded Senior Digital Dental Technician to join our collaborative team and shape the future of patient smiles.

Job Purpose

You will champion our digital smile design workflows, translating complex clinical cases into stunning aesthetic realities. This role bridges advanced digital craftsmanship with direct clinical collaboration. You will manage cases through the entire workflow—from initial digital design to final hand-finishing—while interacting with both dentists and patients to achieve ultimate aesthetic precision.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Workflow: Manage and execute the complete fabrication process from initial digital scan reception to the final physical finishing and polishing of the restoration.

• Digital Design: Execute advanced CAD modeling for cosmetic cases using Exocad and 3Shape software.

• Aesthetic Workflows: Create premium aesthetic solutions, including custom diagnostic shells for trial smile try-ins, high-endveneers, crowns, and implant restorations.

• 3D Printing Management: Oversee the nesting, printing, post-processing, and calibration of dental 3D printers and resins.

• Clinical Collaboration: Partner directly with dentists to treatment-plan complex cases and refine aesthetic outcomes.

• Patient Interaction: Engage in patient-facing consultations for chairside custom shade-matching, aesthetic evaluations, and feedback sessions.

• Team Synergy: Maintain an open, collaborative attitude, sharing knowledge and actively participating in team growth.

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Exocad and 3Shapedesign software is mandatory.

• Full-Cycle Production: Proven ability to handle the entire workflow independently, including digital design, 3D printing, and meticulous manual finishing.

• Production Knowledge: Strong operational knowledge of dental 3D printing technologies and materials.

• Aesthetic Eye: Proven capability in high-end dental morphology, smile design concepts, and trial smile workflows.

• Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills for direct patient interaction and teamwork.

• Mindset: A great attitude toward continuous learning, adapting to new technologies, and taking feedback.

• Experience: Prior experience in a high-volume or high-aesthetic digital dental lab environment.
