Salary: $ 2500 - $ 3200

Other benefits: Flex benefits $ 100 - $ 300 / year + Transport Allowance $ 50 - $ 120 / month + Will state exact amount of confirmation increment $ 50 - $ 200

Job Summary

The department is managing E2E supply-chain for the elevator / escalator business in Singapore, ASEAN region, India and Middle East markets. We are looking for a staff that is motivated and eager to learn about the vertical transportation industry in Singapore and our export markets. The brand has been selected as elevator providers for HDB and there is current 630 units in our order pipeline. Our product offering is manufactured and shipped from wholly owned factories in China, Japan and Thailand. Our country assignment is rotated periodically so potential candidates will have the chance to work with subsidiaries or distributors in 11 countries.

Job Scope

Billing and Invoicing

• Prepare invoices and shipping documents to overseas customers
• Coordinate, monitor and follow up with shippers / consignees / forwarders
• Verify shipment details upon receipt
• Liase with H-companies & distributors

Warehousing

• Coordinates with freight forwarders and vendor warehouse
• Coordinates transportations between warehouse and site installation team
• Upkeep records of warehouse storage and movement
• Performs other related duties as directed

Requirements

• Nitec / Diploma or Degree in Logistic & Supply Chain Management
• Forklift License
• Training provided
