1) Finance Executive duties

  • Handling full set of accounts
  • Monthly closing and reporting including review its completeness, accuracy
  • Prepare, analyse & present monthly management report and highlight key factors in directors meeting
  • Monitor cash flow and maintain healthy cash flow status, prepare cash flow projection for management’s decision making as required
  • Monitor ACs receivables and ACs payables, handling long overdue AR and payment by Financing
  • Verify all payments to suppliers/vendors/employees/directors from account assistant
  • Monthly bank & inventory reconciliation
  • Inter-company reconciliation and contra notes
  • Guiding assistants to fulfil work requirements and monitor the performance
  • Prepare of monthly journal
  • Maintain fixed asset register and loan, hire purchase schedule
  • Liaise with banks/financing institutions for machinery’s financing proposal and arrangement
  • Handling government grant claim issues as required
  • Prepare year end closing and audit schedule, coordinate the audit process through
  • ECI, Form C computation and submission
  • Liaising with banks, auditors, corporate secretary, tax agent, financing institution as required
  • Submission of Quarterly GST Returns

2) HR Executive Duties

  • Application/renewal/cancellation of all work passes (WP/SP/EP), liaise with MOM for work pass related issues, CPF & IRAS as appropriate
  • Prepare and handle payroll, FWL and related issues
  • Advertise, screen, shortlist, identify and conduct interviews of potential and suitable applicants
  • Review employment contracts/ HR policies according to law
  • To maintain employees’ personal files with updated records & documents
  • To coordinate training needs & update training database
  • To coordinate and support the Annual Performance Review process
  • Handling all government issues including application of various subsidiaries or refund
  • Submission of Employment Income via AIS to IRAS
  • Cooperate and coordinate with other departments accordingly

Requirements:

  • Min 5 years of relevant accounting and HR experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words, familiar with Accounting & HR software
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Immediate availability preferred
  • Willing to work at Tuas South area, company transport will be provided.
