Insurance Ops (Business Support)

Job Responsibilities:
Ensure all assigned tasks are processed accurately and within stipulated timelines in accordance with operational procedures and compliance requirements.
Review and verify documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and adherence to company standards.
Perform accurate data entry of client, product, and premium information into internal systems.
Process and approve submissions via internal and external online platforms.
Manage document archival activities, including scanning, verification, indexing, and uploading of records.
Ensure all scanned documents are properly indexed and uploaded to the correct adviser and client folders.
Prepare, update, upload, archive, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Verify the accuracy of reports and ensure timely dissemination to relevant stakeholders and departments.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new system enhancements and applications when required.
Conduct data validation, cleansing, and quality checks to maintain data integrity.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure timely and accurate communication within the team and with the Reporting Manager.
Provide administrative and operational support, including handling ad-hoc tasks and responding to adviser queries.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma qualification with prior working experience in Life Insurance operations, preferably in Underwriting or Customer Service.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data validation and data cleansing.
Relevant insurance certifications such as M5 and M9 will be an added advantage.
Available to start work within short notice.
