Working hours

• Weekday: 630am to 730pm (Only need to work 8 hours a day on weekday – Need to follow the roster planned by supervisor)
• Every Sat: 630am to 130pm (Only need to work 4 hours on Sat - Need to follow the roster planned by supervisor)
• 44 hours per work week

Jobscope :

• Greet and register patients
• Schedule patient appointment
• Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals
• Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
• Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
• Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster. Involved in taking height / weight and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station

Requirements

• Min N/O Level
• Must be comfortable to use computer for patient registration / schedule appointment / payment
• Must be ok to start as early as 630am on certain days. So certain days will start at 630am / 7am / 730am / 8am
