Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and requests via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Provide support and resolve enquiries with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience
- Follow up on cases, feedback, and issues to ensure timely resolution within service standards
- Assist customers with portal and mobile application support
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer and service-related matters
- Maintain accurate documentation and complete administrative tasks in accordance with procedures
- Support process improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance service quality
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
