Senior/ Staff Nurse (Palliative)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, competent, and patient-centred nursing care based on patients’ needs and conditions
• Monitor and assess patients’ conditions, and implement appropriate care plans
• Administer medications, perform wound care, and carry out nursing procedures as required
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, treatment, and progress
• Coordinate patient care with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to provide support and guidance
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and use of medications and medical supplies
• Maintain infection control standards and ensure a safe care environment
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and professional guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Nursing with valid Singapore Nursing Board registration
• Relevant experience in hospital or inpatient setting preferred
• Good clinical and patient care skills
