Assistant Manager, Healthcare Data & Strategy

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support service transformation initiatives across clinics and healthcare settings
• Work closely with clinics, internal stakeholders, and community partners to support programme implementation and engagement
• Develop and operationalise workflows, SOPs, and service models to improve operational effectiveness
• Monitor clinic performance and support KPI tracking through dashboards and reports
• Perform data extraction, validation, and analysis to ensure reporting accuracy and reliability
• Translate operational requirements into meaningful data metrics and reporting solutions
• Analyse operational data and provide insights to support decision-making and process improvement
• Prepare reports, presentations, and management updates on transformation initiatives and performance indicators
• Support process improvement, operational planning, and service optimisation projects
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of initiatives and projects
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in healthcare operations, transformation, or data analytics roles
• Experience in dashboard development and KPI monitoring tools such as Tableau
• Organised and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative team player with strong coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools
