Procurement Executive

Role Overview

My client seeking a highly driven and adaptable professional to manage end-to-end operational and supply chain activities. This role requires someone who can thrive in a fast-moving environment, take ownership of processes, and effectively coordinate across suppliers, customers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities including procurement, purchase order processing, and supply chain coordination.

• Manage supplier relationships and ensure consistent availability of materials and resources.

• Monitor and fulfil customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

• Prepare and analyse regular market updates, purchasing performance, and supply trends.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational flow.

• Maintain and manage contractual relationships with stakeholders including suppliers and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within supply chain or the rubber industry.

• Highly adaptable, with the ability to take on evolving responsibilities and work structures.

• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

• Proficient in Excel (including Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong team player with a positive attitude, drive, and initiative.
