Job Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate routines and activities
• Provide responsive caregiving, including feeding, diaper changing, bathing, and nap supervision
• Ensure childrens’ safety, hygiene, and well-being at all times
• Observe and document infants’ developmental milestones, behaviours, and learning progress
• Create a safe, warm, and stimulating environment that supports sensory exploration and early development
• Build strong bonding and trusting relationships with infants through nurturing interactions
• Communicate regularly with parents on feeding, sleeping, toileting, and developmental updates

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education - Teaching (DECCE-T) in Chinese Language
• ECDA Certified LON - L2
