Quantity Surveyor (Tender, M&E)

• Prepare plans, documents, and bill of quantities for supplier quotations and pricing analysis.
• Source, compile, and evaluate supplier/vendor quotations based on tender requirements.
• Responsible for detailed breakdown pricing, including material and labour cost estimation.
• Handle tenders including scope of work, pricing schedules, and non-material requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying
• At least 2 years of Project Tendering/Costing experience.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
