Reporting directly to the President, you will lead the company’s global people strategy, organizational design, HR operations, and culture-building initiatives across a rapidly scaling business environment. Your mission is to successfully transition a high-velocity scale-up into a mature, high-performing global organization while fiercely protecting its entrepreneurial agility, execution speed, and ownership mindset.
The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with strong execution discipline, and understands the realities of scaling teams within startup, fintech, crypto/Web3, or technology-driven environments.
Role Overview
Reporting directly to the President, you will support strategic planning, organizational coordination, operational execution, and leadership alignment across the company.
Your role will focus on improving organizational effectiveness, strengthening management execution, and ensuring key business initiatives are driven efficiently across departments.
You will operate as a central coordination point between leadership, business units, and operational functions — helping the organization scale effectively while maintaining agility, speed, accountability, and a strong ownership culture.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with exceptional execution capability and is comfortable operating within startup, fintech, crypto/Web3, or fast-growing technology environments.
Key Focus Areas
Strategic Partnership & Leadership Support
- Executive Partnership: Partner closely with the President and senior leadership team on strategic initiatives, organizational priorities, and operational execution.
- Organizational Planning: Support long-term organizational planning, workforce alignment, and business scaling initiatives across the company.
- Leadership Coordination: Improve communication, alignment, and execution rhythm across leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board to leadership on operational, organizational, and business matters.
- Business Prioritization: Help leadership teams prioritize initiatives, manage execution timelines, and improve decision-making visibility.
Organizational Development & Culture
- Ownership-Driven Culture: Build and strengthen a high-performance, accountability-driven, and ownership-oriented company culture.
- Leadership Development: Develop leadership capability frameworks and succession pipelines across key business functions.
- Employee Engagement & Retention: Lead employee engagement, retention, and organizational health initiatives during periods of rapid growth and transformation.
- Balancing Agility & Governance: Balance startup execution culture with increasing operational maturity, governance, and management sophistication.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Strengthen internal communication, management alignment, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization.
Operational Execution & Business Infrastructure
- HR Infrastructure Development: Build and gradually mature the company’s HR capabilities, processes, and governance standards aligned with business growth and operational complexity.
- SOP & Operational Discipline: Support the implementation of scalable SOPs, reporting structures, and operational management processes.
- Cross-Functional Project Coordination: Drive coordination across multiple business units to ensure key initiatives are delivered effectively.
- Business Operations Support: Partner with operational, commercial, product, technology, and support teams on company-wide priorities.
- Organizational Visibility: Improve reporting visibility, accountability tracking, and execution follow-through across teams.
Transformation, PMO & Execution Excellence:
- Organizational Transformation: Lead enterprise-level organizational and transformation initiatives with strong execution discipline and operational rigor.
- Cross-Functional Project Leadership: Drive cross-functional strategic projects aligned with business growth and operational scalability.
- PMO & Operational Excellence: PMO, transformation office, or operational restructuring experience is highly advantageous.
- Execution Discipline: Ensure strong follow-through, attention to detail, accountability, and execution quality across organizational initiatives.
- Management Rhythm & Structure: Introduce scalable management rhythms, reporting structures, and operational planning processes where necessary.
Who You Are
Experience
- Progressive HR Leadership: 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally combining structured multinational environments with high-growth technology, fintech, or Web3 scale-ups.
- Scaling Organizations: Proven success scaling organizations through multiple growth phases, including rapid international expansion and organizational restructuring.
- Building from Ground Up: Strong experience building HR infrastructure, leadership teams, and organizational frameworks from the ground up.
- Founder & Executive Partnership: Prior experience partnering closely with founders, CEOs, Presidents, or entrepreneurial executive teams.
- High-Performance Environments: Experience operating within fast-paced, high-accountability, and performance-oriented cultures.

- Strategic Yet Hands-on: Ability to define a global vision at the board level, but equally energized by rolling up your sleeves to build processes from scratch.
