Responsibilities
- Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Submit reports promptly in accordance with established customer schedules.
- Investigate root causes of operational incidents and service failures; provide recommendations to Customer Service Managers and Management for improvements.
- Liaise closely with customers to resolve order or shipment-related issues and provide regular updates.
- Conduct cycle counts as scheduled and maintain proper documentation for audit trail purposes.
- Reconcile stock discrepancies and ensure accurate inventory management within the customer’s WMS system.
- Complete all billing activities promptly and accurately, supported by the necessary documentation.
- Collate and compute monthly KPI reports, ensuring consistency and reliability.
- Achieve and maintain KPI targets, while proactively suggesting improvements when necessary.
Requirements
- Customer Service Orientated and team player
- Product and System knowledge & MS Office Skills
