Project Management

Job Scope:

• Manage and oversee day-to-day construction project activities to ensure smooth execution

• Coordinate and liaise with consultants, subcontractors and relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

• Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation, submissions and reporting

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and according to required specifications and quality standards

• Deliver complex infrastructure and construction projects while providing sound decision-making and leadership

• Manage project schedules, cost estimation, forecasting and resource planning for assigned projects

• Identify and manage project risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies and change management processes

• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality, safety and regulatory requirements

• Drive project delivery to achieve successful completion with minimal issues and delays

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or related discipline

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction projects, preferably with HDB projects (e.g. HIP, ELUP, MSCP, upgrading/improvement works, A&A projects)

• Strong experience in project management and site coordination within a construction environment

• Ability to communicate effectively and liaise with consultants, subcontractors, clients and stakeholders at all levels

• Good understanding of project planning, budgeting, cost control and construction processes

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to work under pressure
