Operations Coordinator Admin

Responsibilities
- Operational Coordination: Act as the main liaison between the company’s technicians and customers, coordinating scheduled pest control services, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring timely execution of operational works.
- Administrative Support: Manage daily office tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing work schedules for technicians, maintaining filing systems, and handling correspondence.
- Customer Service: Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers, addressing their concerns promptly and ensuring excellent service experiences.
- Clerical & Office Support: Handle general clerical duties including answering incoming calls, data entry, filing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks to support office operations.
- Need to do 24/7 duty on rotational weekly basis
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in office administration, coordination, or similar roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and office equipment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer systems.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
