Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and documentation of international luxury hospitalityprojects

• Represent TOPO in client presentations, design workshops, and resort projecttravel internationally

• Oversee projects from concept through completion

• Manage client relationships and consultant coordination

• Lead, mentor, and inspire design teams

• Drive design excellence, innovation, and high-quality project delivery

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with confidence and efficiency

Requirements

• Strong design vision and leadership capabilities

• High level of confidence in presentation and projection skills

• Excellent project management and communication abilities

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment

• Passion for luxury resort and hospitality design
