Ezydoor is a growing Singapore-based aluminium manufacturing and home improvement company specialising in aluminium doors, windows and customised home solutions. We are committed to providing quality products, efficient service and reliable workmanship to homeowners across Singapore.
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic young individual to join our growing team at Ezydoor.
What You’ll Do
- Replying to customer enquiries and managing customer relationships
- Preparing quotations and invoices
- Scheduling measurement and installation appointments
- Handling after-sales support
- Assisting in product development and market research projects (Ad-Hoc)
What We’re Looking For
- Good working attitude and willingness to learn, on-the-job training will be provided
- Able to take initiative and work proactively
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle tasks
- Comfortable with MS Office and accounting software
- Preferred to have experience in customer service in any fields
- Able to communicate in English and Chinese, dialect or Malay speaking is a bonus
- Diploma or have work experience in related field
- Open to Citizen/PR/Malaysian
