Job Descriptions:

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve SQCDP (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People) targets and enhance overall operational performance.
  • Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules in collaboration with Planning to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
  • Lead shift operations, including Level 1 and Level 2 briefings, and act as the escalation point for operational, technical, and resource issues.
  • Uphold and enforce site standards across EHS, Quality, and GMP, while coaching teams and ensuring compliance with company values and Singapore WSH regulations.
  • Oversee training and development of operators, including onboarding, technical training, and maintaining accurate training records in line with established frameworks.
  • Manage maintenance activities, including execution of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), equipment diagnostics, and coordination with vendors to minimize downtime and ensure reliability.
  • Lead safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives, including audits, LOTO/PTW compliance, incident investigations, and root cause analysis (NCR/CAPA, 5S).
  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Technical: Minimum 5+ years in a supervisory role with knowledge on TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) or Lean Maintenance, ideally within a chemical or related manufacturing environment.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in implementing PPM schedules and managing technical vendor contracts.
  • Safety: Certified in LOTO, PTW, and Work-at-Height).
  • Familiar with WSH (Workplace Safety & Health) Act & NEA Regulations, with hands-on experience overseeing hazardous material equipment and engineering safety.
  • Knowledgeable with ISO9001 standard and Halal manufacturing requirements.
  • Experience in vendor & contract management such as coordination with third-party contractors and negotiation of local service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to forward-plan workload against resource availability.
