Position : Retail Assistant

Location : Central / Orchard

Working hours : 44 Hours Shift

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to Basic $2800 + Commission + Performance Bonus + 12 Days Annual Leave

Duration : Permanent

Industry : Mattress / Magnetic Equipment Retail

Main Responsibilities

• Engage and guide walk-in customers in a friendly, patient manner

• Share product knowledge (training provided – no experience needed!)

• Explain the benefits of electric potential therapy and wellness tools

• Support team sales goals – no aggressive competition

• Provide excellent after-sales service

• Work closely with the team on marketing campaigns and in-store experiences
