Your Responsibilities

  • Work together with the Project Architect to develop architectural projects from concept design through design development and documentation.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers on project development and delivery.
  • Preparation submission drawings to Authorities and working out detail drawings for tender as well as for construction
  • Liaise with Authorities to obtain statutory approval
  • Ensures design quality and authority compliance
  • Project implementation in Construction stage including chairing meetings and contract administration
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers on project development and delivery
  • Recognized Degree in Architecture by Singapore Board of Architects
  • Min. 3 years working experience in Singapore
  • Relevant experience and competency in Corenet submissions and is familiar with prevailing BIM submission standards and authorities' submission procedures
  • Hands on experience with Autocad, Auotdesk Revit Architecture, SketchUp, 3D renders softwares etc

  • Proficient in BIM software with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong design flair with the ability to develop and execute design concepts independently
  • Familiar with local code requirements and able to effectively incorporate them into Projects
  • Proactive, resourceful, and a committed team player with a positive attitude
  • Able to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Possess a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism in carrying out assigned tasks
  • Possess good written and spoken English communication skills.
