• Position Title: Consultant cum Therapist
• Working Location: East
• Working Hours: 5 days Monday – Saturday 10am-8pm (1 day off rotational shift; off on Sundays and Public Holidays)
• Salary Package: Basic + Commission + Incentive + Staff treatment benefits
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations to understand aesthetic concerns and recommend suitable treatments.
• Carry out basic facial and skincare treatments in accordance with company and safety guidelines.
• Deliver excellent customer service to build long-term client relationships and retention.
• Support sales growth by promoting treatments and packages through professional consultation.
• Assist doctors during treatment procedures and provide post-treatment support to clients.
• Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards.
• Follow up with clients regarding treatment progress and service satisfaction.
• Stay updated on aesthetic products, treatments, and market trend.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends or Saturdays.
