Our client is a leading provider of aircraft engine overhaul and component repair services, specializing in the Trent engine series. The company operates advanced facilities capable of servicing all Trent engine variants and can overhaul over 300 engines annually, supported by a state-of-the-art testing facility that ensures efficient turnaround times.

Job Summary

• Responsible for cleaning and chemical processing of aircraft engine components in accordance with OEM, safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical cleaning and surface treatment of engine components.
• Operate cleaning equipment and chemical processing systems.
• Carry out degreasing, descaling, rinsing, drying, and passivation processes.
• Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and OEM work instructions.
• Inspect components before and after cleaning.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment.
• Support audits, documentation, and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of chemicals and tools.

Requirements

• NITEC/Diploma in Engineering, Chemical Processing, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in c hemical cleaning, manufacturing, aerospace, or MRO environment.
• Knowledge of chemical handling and workplace safety practices.
• Able to read and follow technical instructions and SOPs.
• Familiarity with aerospace materials and quality standards
