Job Scope
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and networking
- Post job advertisements and manage applications
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
