Proposal Engineer (Construction / Geotechnical)

Responsibilities

• Support bid strategy, cost estimation, and risk assessment.
• Prepare tender documents, preliminary costing, and supporting materials.
• Assess technical queries and conduct site recce for project viability.
• Draft offer letters and bid submissions for management approval.
• Build customer relationships through active engagement.
• Create design plans, specifications, and 3D drawings for bids.
• Develop and deliver solution presentations.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• 1 year of experience in design or site work (Geotechnics preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Project, and AutoCAD.
