Salary: $2,800

5 Days Work Week

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily retail store operations

• Lead and motivate retail staff to achieve service standards

• Ensure excellent customer service and smooth store experience

• Handle cashiering, stock replenishment, and inventory checks

• Assist with merchandising and store presentation

• Manage opening & closing duties and daily reporting

• Train and guide new team members

Requirements

• Prior retail supervisory / senior retail experience preferred

• Passion for customer service and retail operations

• Good leadership and communication skills

• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently

• Comfortable working retail shifts, weekends & public holidays
