Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail store operations and ensure smooth workflow

• Lead, motivate, and manage the retail team to achieve sales & service targets

• Ensure excellent customer service and positive shopping experience

• Manage manpower planning, staff scheduling, and team performance

• Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandising standards

• Handle store opening/closing, sales reporting, and operational matters

• Train and coach staff to maintain high retail standards

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail management / supervisory roles

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Passion for retail operations and customer service

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable working retail shifts, weekends & public holidays
