Job Summary

Endo is looking for Retail Sales Assistants to join our team and help us provide our customers with the best possible experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for home décor and window furnishings, as well as excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and accurate customer service in-store and over the phone to support customer needs and enhance their shopping experience
• Guide customers in selecting curtains and blinds that fit their style preferences, functional needs, and budget
• Respond clearly to customer inquiries about product features, installation processes, and financing options to facilitate informed purchasing decisions
• Accurately process sales transactions and maintain up-to-date customer account records
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor to create an inviting shopping environment
• Actively participate in product training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support store operations and customer satisfaction

Required competencies and certifications

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet store scheduling needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in home décor or window furnishings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and team members
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Capacity to quickly learn and retain detailed product knowledge
