Job Responsibilities

• Monitor vessel movements to ensure seamless operational processes.
• Manage contract administration and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients on vessel schedules, positions, and specific requirements.
• Analyse demurrage and claims calculations, including follow-ups.
• Support the commercial team with operational matters.
• Assist and report to the direct supervisor on operational issues.

Requirements

• Independent, motivated, and possess strong coordination, communication, and teamwork skills (spoken & written).
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of handling pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Shipping Operations
