Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented executive who will have twin responsibilities to drive enterprise sales and to develop and manage partner relationships.

You will be responsible for achieving sales objectives with a set of enterprise customers - newly acquired and existing customers, through direct engagement or leads generated from partners. You will be working directly with your enterprise customers and with partners to grow the business and achieve sales outcomes with impeccable execution.

This role requires you to be strategic and technically proficient with the ability to clearly articulate how technology can be used to effectively increase energy efficiency, drive energy performance and achieve Sustainability goals. This role will require gaining a strong understanding of the ENX Sustainability Suite, including its architecture, features and integration capabilities in Building Management System (BMS) and Energy Management System (EMS) projects for both new buildings and retrofits.

This role is also responsible for building, nurturing, and optimizing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth, market expansion, and long-term value creation. This position ensures alignment between partner capabilities and organizational objectives, while fostering collaboration and accountability.

This role must work closely with internal teams in Pre-Sales and Engineering to achieve sales outcomes for ENX Systems. The Sales and Partner Development Manager owns the process from sales opportunity/ lead to proposal, solution design and sales contracting stage, interfacing with customers each step of the way to drive and close sales effectively.

You must be a natural leader, strong communicator, meticulous planner and possess a pleasant personality that is persuasive and persistent.

Key Responsibilities

1. Achieve Sales and Grow Revenue

  • Engage customers and prospects actively to understand their Sustainability plans and to position ENX Sustainability Suite of solutions and applications to address their Sustainability needs.
  • Develop new business with prospects across verticals including Office, Warehousing, Building and Data Centre markets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead to order and structuring winning proposals.
  • Engage with ‘C’ level executives to develop executive relationships and manage your Enterprise accounts effectively.
  • Work closely with partners to drive partner led opportunities.

2. Tender & Proposal Submissions

  • Attend tender briefings and site surveys to translate customer requirements for BMS and EMS projects and identify energy savings opportunities.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and engineering teams to prepare detailed scope documents, BOMs, and functional specifications.
  • Ensure internal alignment on deliverables and timelines in managing customers.
  • Create winning proposals.

3. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Liaise with consultants, facility managers, and procurement teams to define business opportunity and project specifications.
  • Engage with Consultants and Contractors involved with the Enterprise customers to drive business opportunities.
  • Work closely with partners to drive solutioning and structure winning proposals.

4. Partnership Strategy & Development

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners aligned with business goals.
  • Develop joint go-to-market strategies, co-selling initiatives, and revenue-sharing models.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring favourable terms and compliance.

5. Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison for partner organizations, maintaining strong executive-level relationships.
  • Drive partner engagement through training, enablement, and incentive programs
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance, resolve issues, and identify growth opportunities.

6. Performance & Growth

  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to track partner performance.
  • Monitor pipeline contribution, deal velocity, and ROI from partner activities.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
  • 4-8 years of proven Sales experience with a track record in the Enterprise space, preferably in Enterprise IT, with Software companies or in Building Services, Built Environment or Real Estate industry.
  • 4+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or channel sales.
  • Knowledge of Building M&E systems, such as chilled water systems, lighting control systems, ACMV Systems and other building system operations is an advantage.
  • Working understanding of Singapore’s building codes, energy efficiency standards and green mark requirements will be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify and articulate complex systems to enterprise customers.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills in sales.
  • Preferably possess a Class 3 license and has own vehicle.
