Finance Officer (Insurance)

Responsibilities

• Perform giro collection & credit card recurring for insurance products
• Perform credit card charging for insurance products
• Perform accounts reconciliations and allocations
• Assist to answer phone and email enquiries from customers and stakeholders
• Ensure timely receipting performed for all payment modes in the system
• Initiate and support system enhancement and User Acceptance Testing
• Resolve customer queries and enquiries in relation to their accounts
• Clear unreconciled premium collection in bank statement and SOA timely
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of Accounting experience in the Insurance sector
