Associate, Data and Reporting (Business Analyst)

Our Client is a Financial institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into data deliverables.
• Perform statistical and performance-related analysis with validation checks.
• Develop dashboards/reports in Power BI or Qlik.
• Support ETL processes and manage data in Snowflake.
• Provide ad-hoc data pulls for various business units.

Requirements

• 2–4 years’experience in BA, data operations, or analytics (financial services/fintechpreferred).
• Skilled in SQL (Snowflake), Excel, Power BI/Qlik.
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods for data analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills (Jira, Confluence).
• Knowledge of AWS services would be advantageous.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.

Salary: Up to $6,000 + half month bonus
